Matt & Lisa Long new they wanted to build an affordable HBA green certified home to settle down in Webster Groves and raise their family, but their goals were higher than the average custom home client. The Longs wanted GOLD.

In collaboration with the Longs and builder Kim Hibbs, and with the exterior stylized after a 2200 square foot home we designed that is under construction in Kirkwood, we created a 2400 square foot super efficient home, with a wide open first floor plan, and 4 bedrooms on the second floor – including a luxurious Master Suite.
