This home was designed to be built GREEN in collaboration with Van Dam Architecture in Maine. Currently under construction by Stylecraft homes in University City, MO.
This 2 story home provides for the “not-so-big-house” mentality as it weighs in at only 2300 square feet. The guts and skin of the walls will consist of recycled drywall over 6 mil poly-vapor barrier on the inside face, and an R-22 dry blown cellulose insulation in the stud cavity. The exterior skin of the stud wall will consist of ½” plywood sheathing with fiber mesh building wrap, and the veneer will be stucco panel and brick veneer.
