When the Ramseys contacted us to help them create a ro/om that was “outdoors” year round – we knew just what they meant - AS MUCH GLASS AS POSSIBLE, while complimenting the charm of the existing home, yet standing as its own delicate addition to this charming Clayton Home. With this project, we also removed the main door system to the brick patio, replacing it with a larger more attractiuve door system, and we renovated the existing second floor Master closet (above the jewel box) to be more attractive and functional.

 Equipped with energy efficient Marvin windows and doors, and a single room Toshiba wall HVAC system, there is no reason to leave this room !

This addition was completed on time, and BELOW budget – now how often do you hear that ??
