Built in 1904, this home was in dire need of updating. The previous owners neglected it for years, leaving a wet basement, rotted porch roof structure, sagging floors, and rotted siding – let alone the need for updating the interior finishes.

Working closely with clients Ben and Lisa, we designed a near gut rehab of the first floor, and a fair amount of renovation for the second floor. We also designed an addition of a 3 car garage with living space above (to be finished in the future). This home will still have its 1904 bones, but we have breathed new life into it, and its ready for another 100 years of use !
