This stately Historic building begged for updates to its interior ! In collaboration with Developer/Contractor, TCM Developments, we did just that. The interior of the main home needed minor repairs to plaster on walls and ceilings – as well as a fresh new look and a modern Kitchen. We took the existing, attached 2 car garage and transformed it into a new Hearth Room, and then opened it to the Kitchen. Above the garage we added a second story space for an elaborate Master Suite – transforming one of the existing bedrooms into the Master Bathroom.

To replace the Garage, we designed a new 3 car detached Garage at the rear of the property, and styled it in keeping with the vernacular of the existing home.

This Home received Historic tax credits, and more recently won second place in the “At Home St. Louis” 2009 Design Competition !
