This existing beautiful stucco home, built in 1924, is in great shape structurally, but is in need of updating  - not only interior style-wise, but also needing expansion to fit today’s modern family lifestyle needs. The plan for this home will include a Kitchen expansion, Laundry Room, Mud Room, and new 2 car garage on the first level. On the second level, over the new Kitchen will be a master Bedroom Suite, and above the garage will be a wood workshop.

We plan to match the home’s existing stucco on the Kitchen, and  first level of the garage, and for the second level exterior we will incorporate the “board and batten” look, to compliment some of the adjacent homes.

The home will incorporate many energy efficient features including blown cellulose insulation, and geothermal heating and cooling.
